At Communication Solutions, we often help organizations find solutions to their employee recruitment and retention challenges.  So we thought it prudent to lead by example -- by employing people who have already tried retirement and are looking for ways to continue to contribute in a meaningful way. 

 

Meet Margaret and Anna -- our administrators.  These two ladies have worked together for decades in previous lives.  Now they job share at Communication Solutions.  So if you call our office from May thru December, you are likely to be greeted by Margaret. But if you call between January thru April (while Margaret is being a snowbird!) you will be assisted by Anna.

 

Both ladies keep our team on track and help us make the most use of our precious resource -- time.  Oh yes, sanity too.

 

Its a win-win solution for everyone.  Especially our clients - and when you see these ladies in action (especially in the deepest depths of Excel), you will agree with us that "they don't make 'em like they used to!"
