Interior Health Authority – Orientation Video

Strategic Thinking: 

Interior Health (IH) is an organization of 18,000 employees covering a geographic area the size of Washington State.  IH hires approximately 2,000 new employees per year and required an audio visual presentation that would communicate the organizations’ vision while making new staff feel part of a smaller regional group. 

Creative Solutions:

New Employee Orientation Video Communication Solutions produced a series of videos ensuring consistent messaging regarding the organization as well as region-specific messages depending on where new staff were located.  Communication Solutions managed every aspect of this project from concept and storyboarding to supervising all post-production details.

Tangible Results: 

These videos are now used in all employee orientation sessions at interior Health and are reported to be an effective way to welcoming new employees to the organization.
